Jean-François Baralon has been appointed Managing Director and Head of Distribution for France, French-speaking Switzerland and Monaco at NGAM

Reporting to Hervé Guinamant, President and CEO of Natixis Global
Asset Management – International Distribution, he will be responsible for
developing the distribution of Natixis Global Asset Management and its various
affiliates in France, French-speaking Switzerland and Monaco. He will assume his new role in January 2017.

“The arrival of Jean-François as head of distribution for France, French-speaking
Switzerland and Monaco comes at a critical time. Over the past 12 years, Jean-Francois
played a crucial role in the in the international development of NAM and the development
of new affiliates and expertise. We are delighted he will join us and apply his broad
leadership experience to ensuring the continued growth of Natixis Global Asset
Management in France, French-speaking Switzerland and Monaco with retail clients,
institutional investors, insurers, and the networks of the group,” said Hervé Guinamant,
President and CEO of Natixis Global Asset Management – International Distribution.

Jean-François Baralon, 48, holds a Masters Degree in Management from the University
Paris IX-Dauphine and a Masters Degree in Finance from the University of Aix-Marseille III.
He began his career with the CPR bank in 1991.

He joined IXIS Capital Markets in 2000
and in 2004 became CFO of Ixis Asset Management. In 2007, he was appointed Director of
Finance and Operations for Natixis Asset Management where he also served on the
Executive Committee.

In February 2014, he was appointed Deputy CEO of Natixis Asset
Management.
