The complainant? Goldman Sachs &#8230; his previous employer!<\/p>\n<p>This former Goldman Sachs&#8217;s computer programmer, aged 39, is accused of improperly copying software codes based on mathematics  algorithms. He would have &#8220;uploaded&#8221; codes on a file sharing service.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of stolen codes was to perform sophisticated, high-speed and high-volume trades on various stock and commodity markets <\/p>\n<p>Mr. Aleynikov left Goldman Sachs in June, giving up a salary of $ 400,000 a year.
