Eric Debonnet \u2013 Head of THEAM Hedge Fund Solutions<\/strong>

From 2005 to April 2011, Eric Debonnet was a member of the Executive and Investment Committees of HDF Finance, a long-established independent fund of hedge funds boutique. Eric joined HDF in 2005 as Deputy Chief Investment Officer, and was appointed in 2008, Head of Research and Head of Risk Management.

Before joining HDF, he worked for Credit Agricole Group as Chief Investment Officer of CPR Equalt Alternative Management, a subsidiary of the investment bank that specialised in direct hedge fund management (2001-2005) and at Credit Agricole CIB as Co-Head of Global Fixed Income Trading (2000-2001). From 1996 to 1999, he was Head of Fixed Income Trading & Sales at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in Paris. He began his career in 1987 at Caisse des D\u00e9p\u00f4ts et Consignations (now Natixis Capital Markets) as a trader and later head of bond markets trading.

Eric graduated from ESLSCA Business School (Paris) and holds a post-graduate degree in International Finance from Lille University, France.<\/p>\n

From 2008 to 2011, Thierry de Rycke was a senior member of the Investment Committee of HDF Finance, a long-established independent fund of hedge funds boutique. His role at HDF involved portfolio management, as well as running a team of analysts specialising in the selection of hedge funds. From 1998 to 2008, he was in charge of single hedge and funds of hedge funds management at BAREP, a subsidiary of Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Over the previous 10 years, he held various senior positions in trading at JP Morgan, UBS Warburg, Deutsche Bank and CPR.<\/p>\n

Thierry graduated from the French Engineering School \u201cEcole des Mines de Paris\u201d and holds a Master of Science from MIT and a post-graduate degree In Financial Markets from Paris-Dauphine University, France.<\/p>\n

He started his career in 2000 at Detroyat Associ\u00e9s as equity analyst on the Transport, Real Estate & Holding Company sectors.
