He replaces Michel P\u00e9reti\u00e9, who has decided to pursue other opportunities outside the bank. Didier Valet is a member of Societe Generale group\u2019s Executive Committee.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/beta.next-finance.net\/en\/whos-who\/mianne-christophe-2\/\">Christophe Miann\u00e9<\/a><\/strong> is appointed Deputy CEO of Societe Generale Corporate &#038; Investment Banking and will supervise the Global Markets as well as operations and IT. Christophe is a member of Societe  Generale\u2019s General Management Committee<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bertrand Badr\u00e9<\/strong> is appointed Chief Financial Officer of Societe Generale group. This position will be effective as of 3 January 2012. He is a member of the Group\u2019s Executive Committee<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI would like to thank Michel P\u00e9reti\u00e9 for his commitment over the past 3 years in supporting Societe Generale Corporate &#038; Investment Banking especially in this financial crisis environment.
