He joins from McKinsey &#038; Company,<br \/>\nwhere he is a Director and leads the Risk Management<br \/>\nPractice in Germany, the European Banking Risk Practice and<br \/>\nthe Market &#038; Trading Risk Service Line.<\/p>\n<p><quote>Further strengthening the control framework is a core<br \/>\nelement of Deutsche Bank&#8217;s Strategy 2015+. In this newly<br \/>\ncreated position, Poppensieker will be responsible for<br \/>\nimplementing this programme.<\/quote><\/p>\n<p>J\u00fcrgen Fitschen and Anshu Jain, Co-Chairmen of the<br \/>\nManagement Board (Co-CEOs), said: <em>&#8220;We are pleased that<br \/>\nThomas Poppensieker will join Deutsche Bank to further<br \/>\nstrengthen our control framework, which is a vital component<br \/>\nof our Strategy 2015+.
