Yasuo Kashiwagi, currently Executive Chairman, EMEA, will return to Tokyo to take on the
\nrole of Co-Head of Global Markets. In his new position, he will work closely with Steve
\nAshley, Head of Global Markets, to promote closer cross-regional collaboration and drive the
\nGlobal Markets client businesses.<\/p>\n
Minoru Shinohara, currently CEO, Asia ex-Japan, will move to London as Executive
\nChairman, EMEA. He will leverage his extensive experience in Asia to deliver added value
\nfor Nomura\u2019s clients to grow the firm\u2019s cross-border business.<\/p>\n
Toshiyasu Iiyama will become CEO, Asia ex-Japan, and will leverage his investment banking
\nand fixed income experience to continue the build out of Nomura\u2019s franchise in Asia exJapan.<\/p>\n
