Acting on behalf of Aviva Group entities, Aviva Investors Real Estate France has bought a logistics platform from
\nAffine, constructed in the Aube logistics park at Buch\u00e8res, near Troyes (10). The platform is entirely rented on a
\nlong-term lease to Eurodif, a European home and fashion goods retailer. It was built by Concerto European
\nDeveloper, which was a subsidiary of Affine until December 2014.<\/p>\n
The platform was delivered in May 2013 and occupies floor space of 24,700 sqm, which can be extended to
\n30,000 sqm. The complex comprises, in particular, a retail centre of about 22,900 sqm, including an automated
\norder preparation \u201cprocess\u201d.<\/p>\n
In this transaction, BNP Paribas Real Estate, JLL and Haussmann Notaires acted as advisors to the seller. Arthur
