It serves all client profiles, from homeowners to professionals, businesses and local authorities. For over 11 years, Direct Energie has built a successful business by leveraging its technical expertise, outstanding client relations and innovative flair. It is now moving into international markets as well, starting with Belgium in 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Direct Energie (ticker symbol: DIREN) was listed through the admission to trading of the 40,792,965 ordinary shares making up the company\u2019s equity following its transfer from Alternext. Market capitalization was \u20ac775 million on the day of listing.<\/p>\n<p>Xavier Ca\u00eftucoli, Chairman and CEO of Direct Energie, said: \u201c<em>We are delighted to transfer to Compartment B at Euronext Paris. The move will bring us new resources to finance growth, while boosting our shares\u2019 liquidity and raising our profile all around.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Eric Forest, Chairman and CEO of EnterNext added: \u201c<em>We welcome Direct Energie to Euronext.
