The company has committed to cutting 20%<br \/>\nfrom the energy consumption of its real estate portfolio by 2020. The<br \/>\nnew investment is in line with that goal, as it meets the highest<br \/>\nenvironmental standards.<\/p>\n<p>The building was designed by Christian de Portzamparc and will have a<br \/>\nuseful floor area of about 7,510 sq. m \u2013 mainly office space \u2013 with 180 parking spaces.
