Zhang, CFA, Senior Vice President, of Fred Alger Management, Inc. (the sub-portfolio manager\/investment<br \/>\nadviser to Alger SICAV) is the portfolio manager of the Fund. Amy, who has 18 years of investment experience,<br \/>\njoined Alger in 2015 and also serves as portfolio manager of Alger\u2019s Small Cap Focus and Small Cap Growth<br \/>\nstrategies for U.S.-based investors.<\/p>\n<p><quote>Amy is a specialist in small cap growth equities and believes in pursuing exceptional small companies that have<br \/>\nthe potential to become exceptional large companies.
