Starting<br \/>\nin September 2016, the Group&#8217;s high net worth customers will be able to benefit from the longterm<br \/>\nperformance potential of this asset class and ensure the liquidity of their capital with no<br \/>\nconditions or penalties.<\/p>\n<p>To allow high-end customers to benefit from the Group&#8217;s expertise in private equity investments,<br \/>\nCNP Patrimoine \u2013 the CNP Assurances structure dedicated to high net worth customers \u2013 is pleased<br \/>\nto announce the launch of a new unit-linked private equity vehicle this coming September. This<br \/>\ninnovation gives CNP Patrimoine customers the dual benefit of taking advantage of the long-term<br \/>\nperformance of investments in unlisted companies, while guaranteeing the liquidity of a conventional<br \/>\nmulti-vehicle life insurance policy. The capital will be paid to the customer upon redemption, or to the<br \/>\ncustomer&#8217;s beneficiaries upon death. It will be subject to the tax regime for life insurance.<\/p>\n<p>This new private equity vehicle will be marketed as part of CNP Patrimoine&#8217;s range of self-managed<br \/>\nlife and endowment policies (CNP One and the branded products). The unit-linked vehicle will be<br \/>\nmanaged by Ardian, a French private equity specialist that manages or advises $55 billion of assets in<br \/>\nEurope, North America and Asia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>This innovation lets CNP Patrimoine customers benefit from the expertise of CNP Assurances and<br \/>\nArdian, the only two French companies in the PEI ranking of the world&#8217;s 50 biggest private equity<br \/>\nfirms, while guaranteeing the liquidity of their investment.
