{"id":54053,"date":"2016-07-06T06:09:02","date_gmt":"2016-07-06T04:09:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/beta.next-finance.net\/news\/abu-dhabi-global-market-and-paris-europlace-announce-a-new-partnership-to-foster-joint-financial-activities-and-innovation\/"},"modified":"2016-07-06T06:09:02","modified_gmt":"2016-07-06T04:09:02","slug":"abu-dhabi-global-market-and-paris-europlace-announce-a-new-partnership-to-foster-joint-financial-activities-and-innovation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/beta.next-finance.net\/en\/news\/abu-dhabi-global-market-and-paris-europlace-announce-a-new-partnership-to-foster-joint-financial-activities-and-innovation\/","title":{"rendered":"Abu Dhabi Global Market and Paris EUROPLACE announce a new partnership to foster joint financial activities and innovation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Abu Dhabi and Paris, July 5th 2016 &#8211; The Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi<br \/>\nGlobal Market (ADGM) and Paris EUROPLACE, the organisation in charge of developing the Paris<br \/>\nfinancial marketplace, today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enable closer<br \/>\ncollaboration on possible joint financial activities and common interests that support the growth and<br \/>\ndevelopment in both financial ecosystems in France and Abu Dhabi.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement was signed in Paris by Mr Arnaud de Bresson, Chief Executive Officer of Paris EUROPLACE,<br \/>\nand Mr Philippe Richard, Director, International Affairs, Financial Services Regulatory Authority of ADGM, at<br \/>\nthe occasion of the Paris EUROPLACE International Financial Forum.<\/p>\n<p>The MOU establishes a strategic platform for Paris EUROPLACE and FSRA to better understand and share<br \/>\npertinent information on banking, financial services, securities legislation and regulations in each market. As<br \/>\npart of the MOU, ADGM and Paris EUROPLACE will explore mutually beneficial projects and discussions to<br \/>\nfacilitate long term investment opportunities, infrastructure financing, new innovations in areas of Fintech<br \/>\nand green finance. Both Authorities are also prepared to develop relevant activities and events that foster<br \/>\nfinancial innovation and closer regulatory cooperation in both jurisdictions.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Arnaud de Bresson, Chief Executive Officer of Paris EUROPLACE, declared: <em>\u201cWe are honored to reinforce<br \/>\nthe cooperation and business opportunities between Abu Dhabi and Paris financial marketplaces through<br \/>\nthis joint agreement. As the first financial marketplace of the Eurozone Paris has strong strengths to share<br \/>\nwith Abu Dhabi.
