In organizing the divestiture, Plastic Omnium will<br \/>\nseek the best solution for the future of the sites, the employees and the customers.<\/p>\n<p>The closing of the deal is due to take place on July 29, 2016 for the entire perimeter sold by Faurecia. The<br \/>\nenterprise value is \u20ac 665 million. The divestiture commitment made by Plastic Omnium has no impact on the<br \/>\nsale of the business by Faurecia or on the amount of the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>This sale will almost completely eliminate Faurecia\u2019s debt.
