\nby\tfunds\tmanaged\tby\tDeutsche\tBank\tPrivate\tEquity\t(\u201cDBPE<\/em>\u201d)\tand\tGoldman\tSachs\tAsset
\nManagement\t(\u201cGSAM<\/em>\u201d,\ttogether\tthe\t\u201cInvestors<\/em>\u201d).\t<\/p>\n

DBPE and\tGSAM will\tbe\tLimited\tPartners\tin\t the\t funds managed\tby\t the\t firm,\talongside
\nsignificant\t investment by\t members\t of\t the\t Stage\t Capital team. The Investors\t have
\nacquired\t100% of\tNational\tBank\tof\tGreece\u2019s\tinterests\tin\t the\t funds under\tmanagement
\nby\tNBGI\tPrivate\tEquity\tfor\ta\tconsideration\tof\t\u20ac288m,\tin\taddition\tto\tcommitted funding
\nto\tsupport\tand\tbuild\tthe\texisting\tportfolio.<\/p>\n

The\t core\t senior\t investment\t team\t members\t from\t NBGI\t Private\t Equity\t have become
\npartners\t in\t Stage Capital,\t led by\t incoming\tManaging\t Partner &\t CEO\tGraham\t Thomas,
\nwhose previous experience\tincludes\troles\tat Goldman\tSachs,\tMidOcean Partners and RIT
\nCapital\tPartners.<\/p>\n

Stage\t Capital\tmanages\t a\t portfolio\t comprising\t private\t equity,\t venture\t capital\t and\t real
\nestate\tinvestments\tacross\tUK\tand\tEurope.\tA\tnumber\tof\tportfolio\tcompanies\t remain\tin
\ngrowth\tand\tbuild-up\tmode\tand\tthe\tfirm will\tcontinue\tto\tbe\tactive\tin\tmaking\tacquisitions

In\t the\t run\t up\t to\t completion\t of\t its\t spin\t out,\t Stage\tCapital\thas remained active\t on\t the

Stage Capital recently\t secured\t a\t successful\t exit\t from\t its\t Real\t Estate\t portfolio.\t Stage
\nCapital\u2019s\t Polish logistics\t assets,\t comprising\t five\t warehouses\t with\t a\t combined\t area\t of
\nover\t 126,000\tsqm,\twere\tprofitably\tsold\t to\t real\testate\tinvestor\tHines in\t July\t 2016. The
\nReal\t Estate\t portfolio\t has also invested\t further\t in\t its\t Czech\t logistics\t portfolio,
\ncommencing the\tconstruction\tof\ta\tnew\t30,000\tsqm\tbuilding\twhich\tis due\tto\tcomplete\tby

On\t the\t Buyout front,\t UK-based\t ATR Group (which\t Stage\t Capital\t acquired\t in\t 2012)
\nannounced\tits\tmerger\twith\tCenturion in\tlate\tJuly 2016. The\tcombination\tcreates a\tglobal
\nplayer\tin\tthe\toil\tand\tgas\trental equipment\tand\tservices\tmarket with\ta\tgroup\tturnover\tof
\nover\t \u00a3100\t million,\t operating\t from\t bases\t in\t the\t UK,\t Netherlands,\t Caspian,\t Singapore,
\nAustralia\t and\t the\t US. ATR\u2019s\t chief\t executive\t Keith\tMoorhouse\t has\t become CEO of\t the
