The shareholders of Norscut were Eiffage Group, Sonae Capital, BPCE<br \/>\nand Egis Projects.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis transaction contributes to consolidate our long standing relationship with Eiffage Group and<br \/>\nSonae Group.
