The<br \/>\ncompany operates primarily in Germany and is also active in the Netherlands and in Sweden. <\/p>\n<p>Benteler Engineering has a solid and experienced management team. In the context of Altran\u2019s<br \/>\ncurrent reorganization in Germany, the integration of Benteler Engineering will reinforce Altran\u2019s<br \/>\nlocal operations and support functions. <\/p>\n<p>Benteler Engineering brings key complementary expertise and know-how to Altran Germany. It<br \/>\nprovides services across the entire product development process, including project management,<br \/>\nquality management and product data management, equipping Altran with recognized engineering<br \/>\ncapabilities and own prototyping facilities in areas such as Electrical and Electronic (E\/E), Electrification,<br \/>\nExterior &#038; Interior Body and Chassis. Conversely, Altran will augment BentelerEngineering\u2019s<br \/>\ncapabilities and provide critical size for larger projects.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on this acquisition, Dominique Cerutti, Chairman &#038; CEO of the Altran Group stated: \u201c<em>I<br \/>\nam very happy to announce this acquisition, which is fully aligned with our Altran 2020.
