Val\u00e9rie Derambure<\/strong> has been appointed Deputy CEO in charge of Finance and Operations for Natixis Asset
\nManagement and member of its Executive Committee, with effect as of April 3 2017. She succeeds Jean-
\nFran\u00e7ois Baralon, who has joined Natixis Global Asset Management as Head of distribution for France, Frenchspeaking
\nSwitzerland and Monaco. Val\u00e9rie Derambure will support Natixis Asset Management as the company
\nmeets its strategic ambitions by enhancing the business\u2019s operating dynamic.
\nIbrahima Kobar, a member of the Natixis Asset Management Executive Committee, is appointed Deputy CEO
\nin charge of Fixed income.<\/p>\n

They will both report directly to Matthieu Duncan, CEO of Natixis Asset Management.<\/p>\n

\"valerie_derambure.jpg\" Val\u00e9rie Derambure<\/strong> began her career in 1986 at Deloitte Audit before joining Groupe CPR at the end of 1988,
\nfirst as project manager and then as Head of Finance Control. In 1994, she was appointed Financial Director of
\nthe group\u2019s American subsidiary in New York. She next worked as Finance Control Director at CIC Paris, then
\nat CDC IXIS Capital Markets and joined Natixis in 2004 first as Finance Control Director and then as Deputy
\nFinancial Director. In 2009, Val\u00e9rie was appointed Head of Organization and Operational Efficiency. She joined
\nBanque Priv\u00e9e 1818 in 2011 as Deputy CEO in charge of Finance, Risks, Human Resources and Corporate
\nSecretariat.<\/p>\n

Val\u00e9rie Derambure<\/strong>, aged 52, is a graduate of ESCP business school.<\/p>\n

Ibrahima Kobar<\/strong> began his career in 1989 as a statistician at the economic, banking and financial research
\ndepartment at Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale. In 1991, he joined Midland Bank where he acted as actuary\/fixed-income
\nmanager. In 1994, Ibrahima Kobar joined Ixis Asset Management[[Natixis Asset Management was formed following the merger of Natexis Asset Management and Ixis Asset Management. Natexis Asset
\nManagement, established in 1998, was Banque Populaire\u2019s asset management company, while Ixis Asset Management, set up in 1984,
\nwas Caisse d\u2019Epargne\u2019s asset management company.]] as insurance portfolio manager in the bond
\nmanagement department. In 1998, he was appointed head of insurance management, derivatives and
\nstructured products. In 2007, he became head of bond management and, in 2010, CIO Fixed income at Natixis
\nAsset Management and member of the Executive Committee. In 2012, he was appointed co-Chief Investment
\nOfficer of Natixis Asset Management, in charge of the Fixed-income investment division.<\/p>\n

Ibrahima Kobar<\/strong>, aged 53, is an actuary with a degree from Institut de Statistiques de Paris (ISUP) and is a
\nmember of Institut des Actuaires Fran\u00e7ais (IAF). He is also Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA\u00ae).<\/p>\n

The Natixis AM executive committee is made up of Matthieu Duncan, CEO, Val\u00e9rie Derambure, Deputy CEO
\nin charge of Finance and Operations, Ibrahima Kobar, Deputy CEO and Co-CIO in charge of fixed income,
\nEmmanuel Bourdeix, Co-CIO in charge of equities and mixed assets and Jean-Christophe Morandeau, Head
\nof legal, compliance, and risk.
