Based in Paris, he will<br \/>\nreport to S\u00e9verin Cabannes, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, responsible for the bank\u2019s Global<br \/>\nBanking and Investor Solutions activities.<\/p>\n<p>David Abitbol replaces Bruno Prigent, who, after 38 years at Societe Generale, 27 of which were with<br \/>\nSociete Generale Securities Services, will retire. Bruno Prigent retains his current role within SGSS<br \/>\nuntil the end of 2018 and will focus on ensuring a smooth transition of the business together with<br \/>\nDavid.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cI sincerely thank Bruno Prigent for his long-standing commitment to Societe Generale group and his<br \/>\noutstanding contribution to the development of Securities Services business for many years.
